Amazon is changing its shopping platform with new AI features, including the end of the 'Rufus' AI. The company is bringing in 'Alexa for Shopping', an ai assistant that will improve the experience on its app and website. This move is set to really change consumer online shopping habits by 2026 and 2027, as amazon alexa and other artificial intelligence systems become more integrated.
