On this week’s episode, I’m thrilled to have my good friend Alyssa Lynch join me on the show. Alyssa is a former actress turned wellness enthusiast with a focus around health, mindfulness, and spiritual practices. Alyssa and I actually first recorded back in November, but so much has happened in her life that I wanted to have her back on to address this pivotal transitional moment, and we get into all the juicy details - many of which she’s addressing publicly for the first time.
