I’m so excited to be back with you for a brand new year and I wanted to kick off this very first episode of 2023 by taking you through my abundant and easy planning framework. While I’ve spent considerable time relaxing over the holiday season, I’ve also been using that time to plan, think creatively and cast a vision for the year ahead. And I’m sharing exactly how I do this with you today.
In this episode, I’m sharing the 4 part planning framework that I use to map out the year ahead in my business. I often see business owners missing two of the most important things when it comes to planning - strategic thinking and spending time mapping out the customer journey. It’s so important to dream, but without a strategy, the vision never really gets off the ground.
I break down the 4 stages of my planning framework; dreaming, goal setting, customer journey and calendar of offers and your marketing and sales strategy. I recommended taking notes as you listen, pausing the episode to reflect and going back again to really make sure you spend the time you need to map out your year ahead.
