Today I share a replay of a very early episode that I have recently listened back to to help me reframe my feelings with failure. In this episode, I share my thoughts on "beginnings" and their close but common link to "failing". I think the fear of failing, and the emotions associated with 'new beginnings' often prevent people from getting started A LOT more than they should. I share some insights into how we can reframe our understanding and connection to these feelings, and kick beginnings in the butt!
