This episode is an elaboration based off a mini-training that Kehla did on her instagram stories about 'looking for evidence' in order to achieve what it is that you want in life.
Typically people recommend looking for evidence outside of you - 'because they did it, you can do it too!!' - in order to get what you want. In this episode today, Kehla shows you how to find evidence within yourself in order to manifest your desires in life. It's time to stop crediting others for their success & start owning up to your own!

This episode is part of the hypnosis series that Kehla has introduced onto her podcast
So what is hypnosis?
Hypnosis brings the body & mind into a deep state of relaxation. This deep state of relaxation leaves the subconscious mind more open to suggestibility -- this is a place of opportunity where we can re-wire our thought patterns to align with our highest intentions & desires in life.
Meditation & hypnosis are similar in the sense that they're both guided forms of relaxation, however hypnosis uses the language of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for suggestions to shift your subconscious mind & it's current deep rooted beliefs into new empowering beliefs.
Enjoy!

Built for the Edge is a podcast about why businesses that look successful on the surface can still feel harder to run than they should — and what it actually takes to change that.
Hosted by Kehla G., the show looks at what’s happening underneath stalled growth, founder bottlenecks, inconsistent results, and businesses that keep resetting instead of compounding.
We talk about leadership, decision-making, business architecture, measurement, and what needs to change when too much of the business still depends on the founder.
Some episodes are solo. Some are conversations with founders, operators, and people who think differently about how businesses grow. The question underneath all of them is usually the same: what is actually happening here, and what would need to change for this business to work better?
If you’ve already built something, know how to sell, and still feel like the business requires more effort than it should, you’re in the right place.
550+ episodes. Ranked in the top 2% of podcasts globally.
