She creates kid friendly, nutritious recipes to help feed the whole family. Today we talk about how to meal prep for kids, and what kids of foods Catherine likes to keep on hand to make feeding her kids simpler. She also gives some great tips on everything from organizing your pantry to quick meal hacks.
