The third "Chakra Chat" just so happens to be all about the third chakra! The solar plexus or Manipura chakra and I was so pleased to have the perfect guest to embody this particular chakra - the soulful business coach, Anna Knapik.

Anna is a truly spectacular individual who has travelled the world, trained in many different modalities, all the while building a business that aims to support women in growing their lives and businesses in a soulful way. She has supported me in growing The Chakra Way and has given me such opportunity for growth.
