As a culinary trained chef, raised in Istanbul, he was exposed to the rich multi-culture of Anatolian cuisine and its ancient wisdom towards food.

After years of experience cooking in Europe and America, his journey led him into an awakening of the healing power of food and water.

We are taught to disconnect from our bodies and have fallen into a false dietary mindset of our wellbeing. What you eat impacts every area of your mental, physical and spiritual health.
