Episode 84.  When Easy Isn't Easy.

Sometimes it can feel like everything is hard. Yes, sometimes it can feel like even easy isn't so easy. That's okay. Because on this episode we're going to talk about how we can better handle times like these. Sometimes the key is simply asking ourselves a few questions. Other times it's about making changes, giving ourselves a little grace, backing off or yes... pushing on. There are a lot of takeaways from this episode and it's one that makes sense to drop now considering the time of year. But this is a topic that is best when it's needed. And when it's needed doesn't need to have anything to do with the time of year.

I love resolutions. I do. But I love resolve even more. What can I say? I'm a verbs guy. Nouns and adjectives are wonderful. But if we are being honest then we know that it's the verbs that power and inspire all those nouns we love and adjectives we aim for. And that's why we're going to talk about resolutions through the lens of that word resolve. And we're going to talk about how we can set ourselves up to carry out those resolutions we are resolving to do! Too often we set ourselves up for failure when we start a new year. And too often we diminish and denigrate ourselves when we set new year's resolutions. This episode is all about how we can set ourselves up for success by being in service of ourselves. How To Run More With Less Time

Sometimes it feels like we've got no time to do the things that we love to spend our time doing. And when we stop doing those things that we want to do that recharge and refresh us we can struggle to find the energy and inspiration to do those things that we need to do. Well, this episode is all about how we can run more when we have less time. Seems like it makes no sense, right? Great! Because that means there is a better chance you are going to listen to the episode. And bonus... there's even a Mindset Minutes. Yes, Minutes. The always awesome coach tammie of the show up society is back to lead you through a visualization exercise and it takes minutes. Episode 80 is a blast. And yes, I know that I screwed up and my mic was not attached to the computer so the audio is less than its usual stellar quality. Episode 77. Struggle.

We struggle. We all struggle. We struggle with our running. We struggle with our recovery. We struggle with failure. We struggle with success. We struggle with our responsibilities and obligations. We struggle with our relationships with each other. We struggle with our relationships with ourselves. We struggle with struggling.
