The two most common questions I get asked are 'How do you run marathons' & 'How did you heal?' My answer - TIME. Yes it takes a while but it is so worth it. At the half marathon race I ran last Sunday the finish line made me realise how important time is.

This question left mine and my families mouths more times than I care to remember & it CRUCIFIED me! Eventually over time and with some help from my therapist I understood why I couldn't understand what they did. In this episode I go through how I found some closure when asking myself this question.
