Now I wouldn't say these were regrets however these are just a few things I wish I had done differently knowing what I know now. Hindsight is a beautiful thing and I will say that I don't have any regrets, however if I had a gun to my head and had to name a few, these would be them.

Trust me I have been there I have said it. I have yelled it even. 2 years on I can honestly say my life has become so much more enriched. In this episode I talk through how I understand that it feels like that your life has been ruined, but take it from someone who's future was planned out - your life is just starting.

If you are anything like me you would have probably started the year by setting some big goals and some new year resolutions. The thing is we forget to check back in, re focus and re adjust so our goals are still motivating us. I go through a journaling technique in this episode which you can use to help you focus on your goals for the next 6 months of the year.

I read an article this week in the Women's Health magazine and it was on micro cheating. A term I had never heard about until I saw it on their Instagram. In this episode I explore what micro cheating is, my experiences & my thoughts. I would love to know your thoughts on this topic too!

These are just a few things that I have mastered over my healing journey & some things I am trying to implement now into my life. I had a therapy session this week which was very reflective so I thought I would share some valuable things that you could introduce into your life to help you on your healing journey.

This is a what I call a reactive episode as the 3 topics I cover in this were all things that came into my head this week. Which isn't something I usually do. But I had a situation to deal with this week involving my ex so I talk though how I coped with that. I also talk about not making your life shorter than it needs to be and then finally I talk about living in land Delulu. A light hearted episode following a heavy episode last week.

In this episode I talk about mental health & mental illnesses. I talk about abandonment trauma and PTSD. I go into detail about my therapy & how grateful I am for my therapist. It wasn't just a silly breakup, please do not ever think that about any situation you are going through. Your feelings matter and how your feeling is valid.
If you are suffering or struggling with a mental illness or fell like your becoming overwhelmed please reach out to a professional for help. Do not suffer in silence.
