Obviously I am joking, however, after last weekend, I feel like I have gone through absolutely everything now that you go through when going through a break up. I also get quite emotional in this episode reflecting on the last year. Along with the usual laughs and chats. Merry Christmas to all my lovely listeners, I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did recording it.

I remember saying 'I need to run this half marathon because I signed up to do it whilst I was still in a relationship..' What I didn't realise is I had started channelling all my emotion into running & the reason why I continued was because it was an outlet for me to deal with the trauma I went through. In this episode I go into how running filled the hole my ex left in my life. I also talk about running at Christmas & why & how I do it.

I think everyone at some stage in their life deals with imposter syndrome. I have broken this episode down into two halves, imposter syndrome with running and then healing. I explore how I dealt with it & give you coping strategies that will empower you to embrace your true self, unburdened by the weight of imposter syndrome.

I recorded this episode on my birthday so I could bring all the positive vibes. I talk about all the lessons I have learnt in the last year surrounding my life and my personal life. I also spend the second half of the episode going through the lessons I have learnt being single at 30. I am sure there will be so much more to add in the next few years.

After everything they did you would think that unloving them was easy. Wrong. Unloving someone is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. No one around you can understand why you don’t hate them & why you are still defending them. The truth is, its so tough however in this episode I talk you through some things that might help you start accepting that this will be the best thing that you do.
