In this episode I talk about the things I did to fall in love with myself. Even though my ex put me through the worst pain, I now thank him for not loving me because I have finally learnt how to love myself. When you go through a break up it is very easy to become fixated on finding someone new to love. What you don't realise is that the person you need to love first is yourself. You don't have to be going through a break up to implement some of the things I talk about in this episode into your life. You glow differently when you are fully content with being on your own & are happy just loving you, trust me.

I fully recommend you listen to this episode if you’re going to run a marathon OR if you need something to listen to during your marathon . This week I know I said I would start my breakup content, BUT I couldn’t let the Post Marathon Buzz go to waste. In this episode I talk through my second marathon experience, what I learnt from it and give you some practical tips if you are considering running a marathon… which you ABSOLUTLEY should. Come and join the 1% of the population that have done it. Will we ever stop talking about running a marathon? No, no we won’t!

I have changed up my episode content this week and decided I was going to talk everything marathons. After returning home after my final run before taking on the Manchester Marathon my excitement was just too much. I hope this episode either gets you though a bit of your marathon if you are taking part in one OR inspires you so sign up for your first race. I cover how I am feeling about Manchester and how I got through running the London Marathon virtually last year. Good Luck if you are racing either Manchester or London this year, I am sure you will SMASH IT.

When I signed up to my first half marathon race, I had no idea that the training would be helping through a huge break up. 2 weeks into my training my ex fiancé unexpectedly left me and I still made it over the finish line. When I tell people that I was going through a huge break up when I ran my first ever half marathon race I am constantly asked HOW?! How did you find the motivation & strength to do it. In this episode I go into how I got to the finish line, go into some detail about some of the emotion I was carrying at the time & why that race will stick with me forever.

In this episode I go into detail about how I started running 3 years ago. I explain the things I used to do in order to motivate myself to get out every week & how I built running onto my routine. I talk about how I stay consistent & give you some things to think about how you could fit running into your daily routine. I go into my hip dysplasia diagnosis & how I proved all my consultants wrong & how running has prevented me from having a major operation. I also get into how I went from running 5km to 10km, of course, with all the added typical 'Loula stories,' laughs & general chit chat.
