He talks about the book “Essentialism” by Greg McKeown. He describes how it is important to be aware of what your goals are and the “why” of what you are doing so that you can choose what you need to do to get there and say “no” with confidence. Knowing the “why” of what you’re doing is a part of knowing yourself and being connected to your passion, purpose and principles.
