André discusses how difficult it was to hit the record button to record his FIRST short episode during the development of The Impulsive Thinker Podcast.  Procrastination and various fears delayed me from hitting record and start to help others.  Constant internal talk about leaving it alone and being my own worst critic.  It’s amazing how our ADHD self-confidence is affected to start projects that are important to us.  Once you hit start!  It always gets easy after that, but our ADHD brain makes us hesitate.
