Ryan Conley’s first interests in training came from combat sports - Tae-Kwon-Do, wrestling and MMA. In high school his passion turned to weight lifting to get bigger and stronger for wrestling. He then found powerlifting and has been a competitive lifter since 2010. Ryan’s best individual lifts in competition are 705 squat, 435 bench and 705 deadlift. He has overcome many setbacks and injuries over the course of his career, allowing him to better serve athletes on their own personal journey to better themselves and bypass many of the errors he once made.
Ryan gained certification as a personal trainer from the ISSA at 19 years old, and has since immersed himself in exercise science, sport and performance worlds.
Ryan holds a Bachelors in Criminology, is a professional fire fighter and a Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) Level 2 specialist.
