Hi there! Welcome back to your normal weekly meditation! I have missed creating these meditations for you and am so grateful to be back with this meditation on connecting with the Crown Chakra and all the Universal connection that we hold in this energy centre. I was inspired by the brilliant poem by Erin Hanson that I use and wanted to share the feelings of expansiveness and connection that it gave me. Feeling a part of the Universe is such a critically important aspect of our daily lives - it allows us to be more understanding, forgiving, loving and to approach life with a truly helpful perspective.
