Today I am joined by Courtney Mangan, owner of multiple successful businesses, including the host of one of my favourite podcasts, "She was the fire" 🔥. Productivity queen shares her journey from living a comfortable, risk free life, when at 30, her world was flipped upside down when she was told that she had skin cancer. She shares her story of honouring the skin you’re in, as well as sharing her knowledge and tips on living your most productive life.

We dive into how to show up as yourself, breaking free from the judgement of others (and not waiting for something dire to do so), tips for juggling a lot and how to set (and reset) goals.
