During this episode, I dig into the nitty gritty details behind cravings. I went through a really hard time with my sugar cravings and through that experience, I learned so much about cravings and why we have them. I ended up creating two "categories" of cravings so that I could better understand what I was going through. During this episode, you will learn what those two categories are and how to determine which category your cravings most often fall into.

Finally, this episode digs into why we have stronger cravings around our monthly period and what can be done to avoid this.
