Something I feel has been the golden thread that holds my life story is the relationship I have with my body. 

For many years I studied how to dismantle self loathing thoughts about my body using my mind. 

I was a veritable library of eating disorder statistics and belief based methods to recondition how I felt about my reflection.  

These things absolutely changed the way I thought about my body, but didn’t actually do much to change how I felt when I saw my reflection in the mirror.
