On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, my friend, colleague, and former client, Tamara Lee, is here to talk to us about feeling safe with money and working through our money fears.

Tamara is a Money Coach who helps smart women transform their relationship with money and move from surviving to thriving.

As a Money Coach, she is passionate about showing women that they already possess the confidence, worthiness, deservingness, and safety to create their best money lives. She has done this through educating, facilitating, coaching, and leading women's financial empowerment workshops for the past 10 years.

She is certified through the Layla Martin's Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality as a VITA™ Sacred Sexuality coach and with specialties in Women's Empowerment and Female Sexuality.

Tamara began her own money journey starting back in her 20's, when she went to get in her car one morning and found it had been repossessed. This event led her to file bankruptcy which ended up being a tipping point for her.

She found herself feeling a lot of shame, blame, low self-worth, and low confidence about how she allowed this event to happen. This event led her on her own personal journey for the next 25 years as she began to rebuild her confidence, gain financial skills and acumen, and ultimately started passing on what she had learned so that other women could begin rebuilding their financial lives.
