As a former Teaching Tennis Pro people always inquired how she stayed in shape. After having 3 kids very close in age, her body changed and she was looking for a solution, not a quick fix on how to improve her health and lose the baby weight. She tried to exercise her way to a healthy weight, but each time she was left frustrated and disappointed. When she was introduced to a Health Coaching Community 13 years ago and everything changed.

Not only was she able to get the weight off, she learned how to keep it off and learned new positive habits of health. She embraced the balance of a healthy body, mind and total lifestyle. So many people noticed the improvements, her weight loss, energy level, attitude and improvement in her overall health and commented on her success. She decided to pay it forward and help others achieve their health goals. The mission is helping others level up in their lives one healthy habit at a time.
