Felicia Cocotzin Ruiz, author of the book Earth Medicines: Ancestral Wisdom, Healing Recipes, and Wellness Rituals from a Curandera, wants us to help reconnect with them. Through approachable methods and vibrant recipes, Felicia is using Earth’s medicines to empower others to heal themselves. We are all our own healers, but a little help from a curandera couldn’t hurt!
