Danielle Jernigan experienced emotional and psychological damage since her early childhood. Dani and Meghan talk about her early life suffering abuse from a very young age.  Dani also had extreme birth trauma after her baby girl was born blue and limp. She was tormented by nightmares and panic attacks.  Dani lives her life trying to spread the message of getting help with Postpartum depression within the black community.

Dani and Meghan also talk about their childhoods and both being diagnosed with Complex PTSD. This is a very important episode for women to listen to whether you are expecting or suffered with Postpartum in the past.
