Forgiveness doesn't often come easy, but it's a big part of being human. And self-forgiveness? This is something many, many men come to me with questions about. Danielle is an old friend and I'm deeply grateful to have sat down with her on this topic. We also cover what it looks like to actually deal with our fears—to compassionately work with them and other patterns that may hold us back.
