When Lauren was 23 years old, she got her fairy-tale wedding, but she soon discovered that a dream wedding doesn’t guarantee a dream marriage and got divorced at 27. Having found her second (and current) husband on a British dating site, she is an expert at online dating, recovering from heartbreak, and going outside of your comfort zone and offers practical tips for socially distanced dating during the pandemic and has had lots of even younger fans in Gen-Z reaching out to her for dating advice.
