With a strong foundation in mathematics from Cambridge University, David's career journey has included roles as features editor at New Scientist and senior journalist at BBC Future. His work has appeared in The Guardian, The Atlantic, Aeon, Men's Health, and other prominent outlets.

David has received significant recognition, with awards from the Association of British Science Writers and the UK Medical Journalists' Association for his impactful reporting on misinformation and risk communication during the COVID pandemic.
