Ep #269 - A new year brings with it an opportunity to change our lives in a meaningful way as our society has deemed this day to be so important that we all get to forget now to put 24 on everything we date for the next few weeks, LOL. Jokes aside, today really is just another day in life - yet we can choose to make this the day that changes everything. In reality, any day can be that day. You decide to make a difference in your life right now and then commit to this new you come hell or high water.

In this episode, I will discuss with you the mindset you can adopt, the thoughts you can manifest, the feelings that come and go through life's ebb and flow, and how all of that creates your actions and results.

Sobriety is the first step. Sobriety is day one. Recovery is the journey - and that adventure can not start without sobriety coming first. There is no chicken or egg conundrum here. To heal your pain, your suffering, your trauma, sobriety comes first - then the recovery. That is a fact...Google it.
