  9. Give feedback
  10. Take notes
  11. Keep critical emails
  12. Prove you are there to help
  13. Grant requests when you are able
  14. Do what you say you will and follow through
  15. Keep a level head
  16. Don't procrastinate
  17. Offer suggestions / make recommendations
  18. Share examples / best practices
  19. Don't argue or get defensive
  20. Trust your gut
  21. Set boundaries when needed
