Todayyy I was feeling very freshly emo because I had an emotional rollercoaster of a day. There is a very sad pain that comes from being misunderstood and told "you shouldn't feel that way". Todayyy we talk about my depressive (Bipolar II) episode this past week and how I coped and the progress I made on managing it. I talk about loosening the grip on your identity being your mental health or illness.
