In this episode we are giving your Sushumna Nadi a deep clean! Nadis are the channels through which your energy, or prana, flows and the Sushumna is the main channel. It runs from the base to the crown, parallel with your spine, so it is akin to your spinal column for your energetic body. We use the breath and a visualisation with the breath to do our deep clean.
