Columbia City Councilman and candidate for Mayor, Daniel Rickenmann, joins me to discuss his vision for the City as it relates to real estate.   What we discuss today is not just limited to Columbia, rather these are issues that every city and town struggles to resolve.

Daniel is a husband, father, business man and entrepreneur and has been endorsed as candidate for Mayor of Columbia by the Central Carolina REALTORs Association.
