The diet focuses on eating animal products and (3:44) I became carnivore by accident after going through a bad divorce and coming to the realization that I needed to take control of my health and well-being. I had weak willpower and decided that setting simple rules, such as not purchasing sweets for myself, was a more doable approach. After cutting out sweets and then carbs, I came across information about the carnivore diet and decided to give it a try, figuring it couldn't make things much worse for me. I want to make sure our son was always taken care of.”
