In this episode I address a comment from one of my YouTube videos in which the viewer thought I was accepting of the men who don’t do any personal development work and they just ‘wing it’. While some men certainly chuckle at the idea of personal development, not all men are like that. But not all of my advice will ‘work’ on every man you meet, either.

If you actively work on your own personal development and you have a strong idea of who your ideal mate is, then I encourage YOU to lead by example. Have the confidence to start the difficult conversations about what they’re looking for in the dating world. Ask them what their vision of the future is. Yes, some men will be put off by that conversation, and it’s OK to cut them loose. You’re not looking to change this man…you’re simply looking for someone who’s starting out with the same values and desires for their future.
