Nutrition research is big complex area, because what constitutes a healthy diet is actually really broad, yet many of us have quite distinct views of what is right for us and our family. For example, is Nutri-Grain your staple breakfast cereal or do you think of it as sweet poison? Is the alternate view wrong just because it’s different to yours?
