She has also created the #2 sleep podcast, written a popular weekly sleep newsletter for almost 6 years, created a signature Optimize Your Sleep course, partnered with luxury hotels & lifestyle brands, and has appeared on over 150 podcasts. 

Dr. Bryce and Mollie discuss the basics of sleep and how to improve it as we maneuver through our own realities. In fact, in some cases there are people who develop sleep anxiety, insomnia, and other struggles that affect going through the proper sleep stages that our bodies need.

They also debunk myths on sleep and discuss nuances that go along with modern-day sleep practices that enable us to get a deeper understanding on how sleep practices works best for our bodies.
