In this guided meditation we are finding our inner focus through awareness of our Drishti. Drishti is most commonly used as a way of finding focus within yoga practice but there is huge merit in focusing on our inner gaze whilst meditating. Working with your Drishti allows you to enhance your distraction filtration - so you can be in a busy environment but maintain your inner focus. A pretty useful skill that will allow you to maintain your sense of centeredness in all sorts of distracting circumstances!
