He is a highly successful entrepreneur who owns Penguin Power, a solar power producer, and co-founded a boutique M&A firm called Stage Left Partners. We discuss that ADHD is a blessing and the distraction of seeing opportunities everywhere is his challenge. His current BIG Project is him and self-care. Jaret explains that entrepreneurs have a hard time being selfish for their famies. Just because you have ADHD, it doesn't mean you are afraid of jumping the Chasm of Uncertainty when you start your first company and give up a GUARANTEED salary.
