Show Notes:

Hiding from the truth while telling yourself that you are healing is self-destruction 101. In this episode, I take this behavior to task as I share my story of hiding, settling, and procrastination PLUS what I'm doing to move in a new direction.

This episode is for you IF:

  • You've spent years devouring personal development without manifesting a damn thing.
  • Fear of making a mistake keeps you from making a decision
  • You struggle to take action on things YOU KNOW you desire.

In this episode, I share how to spot anxiety and fear masking as "inner work and preparation."

Takeaways:
  • Why healing and hiding can't share space -Join me as I share my experience with therapy and what I'm doing to show up differently.
  • Are you manifesting the life you desire? One way to measure your journey is to look at your results and the actions you've taken.
  • Change can be difficult for the wounded girl who may question her abilities - In this episode, I discuss how to safely move into action by asking yourself the right questions in a safe environment.

Highlights:

  • [00:00:23] This year, I have one intention - tune in to hear what it is and how you can create actionable steps to move in your desired direction.
  • [00:05:38] Before therapy, I was stuck in The Dark Night of the Soul; this is what I was hiding even while in treatment why you shouldn't do the same thing.
  • [00:11:09] What do double dutch and fear aversion have in common - it turns out a lot.
  • [00:23:23] There is a science to healing and manifesting - learn how to tap into it and release the fears that are holding you back.
