This episode is a little bit different from anything we've done so far, and from the title, you already know this, but I have been recently diagnosed with ADHD.

In today's episode, I talk about my ADHD diagnosis and what ADHD is (probably not what you think!). I share my story and what it meant for me when I officially got diagnosed with ADHD, as well as all the things that I learned: the positive side and the real struggles that come with ADHD.

Full disclosure: I'm not an expert. And that's not the point of this podcast. But for those who are unfamiliar, or maybe you think you might have some ADHD symptoms, this podcast may open your eyes and inspire you to look further into it.
