You’re not alone—and no, it’s not just stress or aging. In this episode of The Happy Healthy Life, Rob and Randy break down the real, root-level reasons why so many people feel exhausted all the time—and what to do about it.

You’ll learn how metabolism, toxic load, nervous system dysregulation, and your environment all contribute to chronic fatigue—and how to start restoring your energy naturally by removing what’s draining you. It’s not about doing more—it’s about subtracting the right things so your body can do what God designed it to do: thrive.



  • “Most people don’t even remember what real energy feels like.”

  • Common symptoms: tired but wired, morning brain fog, afternoon crashes, emotional fatigue.

  • Culture tells us to hustle harder—but energy is not something you grind for… it's something you restore.



  • Your mitochondria—the “power plants” of your cells—are overwhelmed.

  • Metabolism isn’t just fat-burning—it’s energy production.

  • Your liver is your energy filter—if it’s overwhelmed, you feel sluggish.

  • Chemicals from food, skincare, cleaning products, meds… they add up.Cells are toxic and cannot get the nutrients needed for the Mitochondria to do it’s thing.
