The age old question, “Who am I?” 

The answer is so simple that most of us miss the answer. Who we “are” is right in front of our eyes and we’re so “close” to ourself we cannot “see” ourself. 

In this episode I go into some simple ways that we can start exploring and discovering who you are. 

I go into some of my own experiences of exploration of self and I give you many questions to ponder about “who you are.” The answer is right in front of you. 

If you truly paid attention and observed yourself, even your awareness of self for just one day this would tell you who you are. 

Your life is your mirror and who you are is right in front of you. This awareness of self will give you great growth and power.
