Lauren spent 6 years as an ICU nurse and recently her my dream job as a cardiology nurse practitioner. She lives with her husband Ryan and is a proud dog mom to sweet 7 year old pointer/hound rescue Bonnie.  Prior to joining the Food Freedom Fertility Society, she was certified group fitness instructor at Orange Theory and had longstanding history of over exercising and under eating, which was praised and reinforced by the culture at her CrossFit gym.  After working with Lindsey she is now ovulating regularly after struggling with anovulatory cycles and she is hopeful to start a family this year.  Outside of work  Lauren enjoys hiking with her husband, cooking up heathy versions of her favorite comfort foods, and exploring the wineries with friends in northern Virginia
