Today’s podcast I’m hosting my friend Coach Billy Armstrong, head basketball coach of Bergen Catholic High School and owner of Hoopdreamz Basketball Development. 

  • Billy is one of the winningest coaches in NJ basketball history and has put dozens of his players into bigtime D1 colleges around the country.  
  • He’s stayed at the top of his game and winning by creating a culture of accountability, and continuous personal development.  
  • He uses a TON of “sticky language” to help his player remember key actions and ideas to stay the course.  
  • On top of being one of the best basketball coaches in the country Billy owns a very successful private basketball development company called Hoopdreamz where he runs AAU teams, camos, and skill development for kids.  
  • Coaching kids for over 20 years Billy has greatly impacted our community. He’s now developing a coaching program for other coaches so he and help raise the bar of coaching in north Jersey.
