Slow down, read that again and when it fully hits you it will hit you right between the eyes like a 2×4. 

Want to “find yourself?” Want a more fulfilling life? Want a rewarding life but you don’t know where to start? Easy, start inside. 

Everything starts inside you, not outside of you. 

How often have you thought about doing something…going on a trip, an excursion of some sort, etc. to “find yourself?” 

You don’t have to go anywhere to find yourself. Yourself is in you and you are in your life hence your life reflects you. 

Nothing to go find, nowhere to go, just observe. 

If you want to “go somewhere,” then go inside…all your answers are there. 

As I wrote the last sentence it popped into my mind to ask: What are you afraid you’re going to see when you look inside yourself? 

Interestingly enough, many people are afraid to look inside themselves because they are afraid they are not going to like what they see…which is themselves. 

One of my coaches once said, “most people distract themselves with the world around them, they stay busy all the time because they want to distract themselves.” They want to distract themselves from their own life and they are afraid of self-intimacy. 

The word intimacy, if we look at it a slightly different way it can be realized as “Into Me I See.” Intimacy. 

The main purpose of this episode is to have you fully recognize and realize that your external life is a road map of your internal life. 

Transformational Takeaway: If you want to Be, Do or Have more in your life, look at the mirror of your life and determine what needs to be changed in you to get the outcomes you want in life.
