Anna Lindfors is a biohacking sexologist & psychologist who is currently specializing in sexological therapy (esp. trauma care). 

 

Through her profession, Anna sees how prevalent challenges with sexual health are: we all experience them. 

 

Her passion is to promote sexual health as part of holistic wellbeing and bring back pleasure to ALL areas of life. 

 

Anna’s holistic approach to wellbeing stems from her professional and personal adventures e.g., researching integrative therapy in Spain, reflecting on humanity while supporting inmates in a rehabilitation program in a Brazilian youth prison, and now working both in preventive health care/health optimization as well as in the therapeutic context in Finland and internationally.
