If you engage in self-sabotage - you're not alone. In my own 100 pound weight loss journey, and in all my years of coaching, I have seen that women engage in self sabotage and at least one way so you’re in good company babe! For me personally it’s procrastination. For some, it’s external blaming, not looking at data, quitting or something else. 


The good news is once you address self sabe, it will truly set you free and get you moving towards the results you want. But in order to overcome, we have to peel back the curtain so let’s do that today.
