The fear of what people think is one that controls many of our lives. Even though we intellectually know that it doesn't matter what people think, we still find ourselves bending over backwards for approval again and again.
In this episode, I'm sharing my journey with the fear of what people think and the exercises and breakthroughs that have helped me overcome that fear. I hope you find it helpful!
And as always, this episode is part of a series on this topic. I've written a blog post about how to stop caring what people think, created a free workbook to walk you through the journaling exercises that will help you take this to the next level and a Youtube video that will help you keep moving forward while your fear is still there. You can find it all in the show notes.
