Sit in a quiet space and connect with yourself

Silently ask yourself:

• What is my desire 2023?
• What is my intention this year?
• Who am I?
• What do I really want?
• What impact do I want to make in 2023?

Don’t overthink.

See what comes up first for you.

• Listen to the whispers of the heart.
• Allow your mind to imagine and visualize what your life would look like with that intention.
