We all probably agree that men, as a group, need to be going to therapy. But when it comes to your individual man… is it okay to demand that they go? We know firsthand exactly how therapy can make relationships better so of course we’d want our partners to try it out, but therapy still carries a lot of stigma, especially to men. We can try to lead them to therapy, but there’s no good outcome when forcing it, so your best bet is to draw your line in the sand, and be willing to let the chips fall, even if it means walking away.
